Queens Park House in Sydney with Garden Design

Home designs Queens Park House in Sydney:
Dominating with white, white house looks very clean and luxurious. MCK architect has completed the project to remodel Queens Park House in Sydney, Australia.
The main concept of this white house is a room connected to the park. This concept is derived from the idea of openness and the elimination of divisions and barriers. The most important is the interior will extend into and become part of the park, such as going to the garden will be part of the interior. Early vision in the conceptual stage is one of the sitting room which is situated between lush plants and trees with a garden wall as a wall of the room.
By the time the garden will grow thicker and taller and contribute to the urban scale and provide an oasis for the owners. This house is very friendly environment with good solar access and lots of ventilation.

Two months from now this house won't know what hit it. It's this year's DC Design House—the combined design showcase/fundraiser for Children's Hospital run by the two local real estate agents Skip and Debbie Singleton—that is about to be overrun with about two dozen designers who will have had their way with the many rooms, covered terraces, butler's pantry, media room, library, bedrooms, and more. There's even someone assigned to the second floor landing. It had been rumored to enter the market $15M, but the final price is a shade under at $14.9M. By far one of the most amenity-laden DC Design Houses, this 15,000 square foot house is an 8 bedroom, 12 bath with two kitchens, a multi-car garage, and a pool. On February 25th onlookers can take part in the bare bones tour to see what it looks like before the designers descend upon it armed with swatches and cans of paint. That will most likely be the only chance to see inside it until it is complete on April 14th. Check out which local designer has been assigned to each room after the jump.

Classic Minimalist House Design by Architect Chris Cobb

Minimalist home designs

Display is quite interesting house with a classic wood. Minimalist house normally never use wood for their walls, but Eva Street Residence are different, very unique design wooden houses. Minimalist house has a beautiful interior, with wood texture that creates a warm feel. Walls, floors and kitchen are made of wood composition. And the results of this project is a classic minimalist home. Eva Street Residence, located in Austin, Texas was designed by American architect Chris Cobb.
Classic interior design

Chris Cobb admitted that the biggest challenge of this project is also one of the greatest assets, a beautiful 150-year old oak tree that stood directly in the middle of the build-able property. Instead of cutting down, the house was built in a strong relationship with trees, protect homeowners without making them strangers in their neighborhood.
Staircase design classic

The solution is to create a multi-storey volume has strained the dynamic interaction of different heights involved and interact with trees, and slipping under the canopy which is defined by its outreaching branches. The house was dressed in weathering Brazilian Redwood siding and corrugated steel, which adds scale, texture, and the unification of the house with views of the surrounding area, while at the same time soften the geometry, sharp crisp structure. Wood cladding extends to the inside of the house, which is also defined by a dark brown bamboo floors, clean white walls, carefully custom made cabinets, and clean detail.

Creative Home Office

We ran accross this listing for a bungalow in West Hollywood and we thought, how cute!  Bungalows like this are all over in Los Angeles, and this is such a creative way to convert a garage or a guest house into a creative studio or a home office.

The concept of home interior luxury and standard

The first thing to consider is the area of healthy housing, must meet at least basic human needs for healthy activity, in this case means can make fairly activity in the room, not too narrow or too large (Architecture Room). Of course, we still often hear many of our brothers who are less able to live in unsuitable conditions in homes that are very narrow because of economic factors are less supportive.
Ifhome is planned to be added spaces with level , do not forget to strengthen the foundation and column structure to support built two levels . This is to avoid the additional cost of having to dismantle the existing construction.

Arrangement of interior space design can affect our impression of these spaces. Adjacent bedroom with a bathroom will be different 'feel' when compared with the juxtaposed dining room. Spatial planning is smart in this case including how to have activities such as the bathroom does not interfere with the dining room, at least to be kept away.

1. bedroom

  2. family room

3. kitchen

4. bathroom

Arrangement of interior design should also be noted that there are no spaces that poor fresh air, dark, and so forth. Avoid corner spaces with a sharp angle because such space is not effective and not in accordance with the standards of furniture that is generally rectangular or round. Connect the ventilation and the windows of each room with a garden front, side or garden in the house for a change of air. Spaces that can be connected such as living room, family room and dining room are not necessary given the baffle wall so air can flow more freely.

To maximize natural lighting, we should provide adequate windows, at least 5% of the size of the room. In addition, the space can be wall paint or finishing material for the atmosphere of the room light is bright enough when opening the window a bit limited.

Spaces that require water such as kitchens, bathrooms, sinks, etc. should be grouped in an adjacent area for sanitation is more efficient because the pipes can be incorporated. Similarly, the upper and lower bathrooms, should be in the same vertical area (bathroom on the bathroom above the bottom) so that if there is any leakage, simply wet the affected area.
